No, R&R Cleaning Co. is a locally-owned and operated business. Founded by North Olmsted residents, Ron & Rachel Smith, we have a team of 6 highly trained, happy cleaners, completed over 750 cleaning appointments, and with over 50 recurring clients and growing, we're all about providing high-quality cleaning services with a personal touch.

SERVICES & SCHEDULING

No, you don't need to be home, just provide us the access instructions. When needed, we can provide key lockboxes to be placed on your door or other accessible location on the day of cleaning.

While it's not a must, we do recommend vacating the room we're cleaning. It's all about safety and comfort for you and our team. If you prefer to stay put in an area, let us know, and we'll either clean it later or skip it.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Our pricing is customized based on your home's size and layout, type of service, frequency of cleaning, condition of your home, and any special materials, requests, or requirements. For an accurate quote, we offer free in-home estimates.

It boils down to professionalism and service type. Budget-friendly 'cleans on the side' options might lack the formal structure and legal compliance of professional services, leading to hidden costs and inconsistencies. Our professional service, while initially more, offers reliability, compliance, and peace of mind.

Absolutely! Our staff undergoes extensive training and background checks to ensure high-quality service and security for our clients.

We use only our own employees, trained to our high standards, to maintain quality and professionalism in our cleaning services.

We try to assign the same cleaner to your home for each visit. While we strive for this consistency, it's not always guaranteed due to scheduling.

PREPARATION & POLICIES

A few simple steps can help us provide efficient service: declutter surfaces, secure pets, inform us about parking, provide home access instructions, and secure valuables. Ensuring operational utilities like water and electricity is also essential.

We will bring everything needed to make your home sparkle!

We understand that plans change. For cancellations or rescheduling, we request a 48-hour notice. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions page.

Yes, we love referrals and consider them the highest compliment! If someone you refer becomes a client, make sure they mention your name for a discount on your next cleaning, and a discount for themselves as well! It's our way of thanking you for helping our business grow.

Yes! If you're not completely satisfied, inform us within 24 hours, and we'll re-clean at no extra charge.

Many clients opt for an annual Top To Bottom Deluxe Deep Cleaning to maintain those hard-to-reach places that require a two-step ladder.

We do not require any commitments. We believe our quality will keep you coming back!

Recurring appointments are handled by one cleaner and deep cleanings, especially in larger homes, will require two or three cleaners.
